2nd Lieutenant, U. S. Marine Corps - KIA Vietnam
Company "L", 3rd Battalion, 26th Marines, 1st Marine Division, III Marine Amphibious Force

A Basic Infantry Officer, Ron deployed to Vietnam on 25 February 1969, Later and while on a search and clear mission during an operation approximately 29 miles southwest of Da Nang in Quang Nam Province, he was killed outright as a result of hostile small arms fire.

Enlisted 2 May 1967, Boston, MA - Commissioned 1 June 1968 - Killed-In-Action 10 April 1969
