1. Baine Building Marker

Inscription. The most elegant Spanish Revival building in the Historic District was built in 1926. It features delicate wrought iron balconies, deeply inset bulls-eye windows and a stylish tower. Of special note are the second story windows which appear to be stationary, but which actually turn on a central pivot. The architect was Gogerty & Weyl.
