Regarding Ventura Veterans Memorial. The United Spanish War Veterans was an American veterans' organization which consisted of veterans of the Spanish–American War, Philippine-American War, and China Relief Expedition (Boxer Rebellion). The organization existed until 1992, when the last member died one month before his 107th birthday.
