Architects: Issac H. & William M. Rapp
The firm of Otero & Whiting was founded by Miguel A. Otero in Kansas in 1861. This large commission company came to Las Vegas with the railroad and operated as Otero, Sellar & Co. until 1879. The firm became Gross, Blackwell & Co. and later Gross, Kelly & Co. It operated in the Southwest until 1954.
