1. 148 West 10th Avenue Marker
Inscription. This 1908 house is a good example of the Edwardian Builder style which was popular during the city's building boom in the early years of the 20th century. These wooden frame buildings were often two and a half stories with a full front porch simple decorative elements such as columns, wooden window frames, and gables. This house was restored by the Davis Family in 1977.
