Se remodela en el año 1911 y se le añade una planta. Decoración en estilo modernista de ese mismo año, con motivos florales y figurativos. En el alero, decoraciones imperialistas con águilas bicefalas. Su estado de abandono es grave y se está derrumbando en su parte trasera

Degree of protection: environmental interest
It was remodeled in 1911 and a floor was added. Its decoration is in the Modernist style of that same year, with floral and figurative motifs. Its eaves include imperialist decorations with two-headed eagles. Its state of abandonment is serious as the rear part of the building is collapsing.
