A Chief Dental Technician (Fleet Marine Force), Dick retired as Senior Enlisted Advisor, Headquarters & Service Company, 4th Medical Battalion, 4th FSSG, FMF, USMC. He also served as Command Chief, 4th Dental Company, 4th Dental Battalion. During 29 years of active and reserve service he served at Naval & Marine Corps installations in the US, Italy and Republic of the Philippines.

Enlisted 2 July 1964. Albany, NY
Retired 23 September 2000, Riverside, CA
