From the National Register Nomination:
The Adams Smith Building at 204-206 Bradley was built in 1922 and is a simple structure with four crenellations at the parapet. A metal awning covers two recessed entries with large display windows which are original to the building. Above the window a neon sign remains from its days as the G.D. Smith Mercantile.

2. Star City Commercial Historic District (Wikipedia). Excerpt:
The buildings in the district were built between 1916 and 1928, and have for the most part escaped major alterations since their construction. Minor changes generally involve changes to store fronts, such as the boarding over of transom windows, the replacement of recessed entries with flush ones, and changes to the fenestration.
