Born January 18, 1912 - New Roads, Pointe Coupee Parish
Died May 22, 1964 - Plane Crash in Ciudad Victoria, Mexico
1934 - Graduated Louisiana State University Law School
MILITARY
1943 - Enlisted in Army Reserve
February 1, 1945 Lt. Col. Morrison was awarded Bronze Star Medal and Legion of Merit. for "Meritorious services as support commander in connection with mounting operations in preparation for the invasion by the Allied Forces against the enemy in the European theater of operations from March 17th to June 6th, 1944. The success of the Allied invasion of the far shore was in a measure attributable to the superior performance of duties of Lt. Col. Morrisson".
March 1, 1963 - Elevated to a 2 star Major General in the Army Reserve
