49th Antiaircraft Artillery Brigade, 70th Infantry Division
Ardennes-Alsace, Rineland & Central European Campaigns

Gerry was a participant in the D-Day Invasion, landing and fighting at Normandy, France. He later fought in Northern France, Central Europe and the Rhineland, Including both the Battle of the Bulge and at Anzio.

Inducted 26 July 1943, Uticaa, NY
Honorably Discharged 26 February 1946, Fort Dix, NJ
