1. Boone County Marker
Inscription. In the early 1900s, people from around the nation and world traveled through Boone County's rich farmland to view the courthouse in Lebanon. Built with 38-foot high columns, each carved from a single block of limestone, the courthouse is situated on the Second Prime Meridian Line.
