1. Ripley County Marker

Inscription. Tradition and craftsmanship have been the hallmarks of Ripley County's furniture, casket, and cabinet making industries. The arches, columns, and spire of Tyson United Methodist Church add variety to the county's architecture. When the tiny community school of Milan won the 1953 Indiana State High School Basketball Championship, Hoosier pride soared.
