He served in England, Korea, Germany, Guam and Vietnam, including the 8th Air Force at Carswell AFB, FL. Worth, Texas, the 7420th Geodetic Survey Squadron at Ramstein AFB, Germany, and the 551st Electronics Squadron at Otis AFB, Massachusetts.

Retired 31 March 1969 at Otis AFB, MA
