The large redwood doors are built from 100-year-old wine barrels which have been disassembled and made into the doors you see.
The redwood was originally harvested from forest Located on Redwood Road in Castro Valley.
Much care was taken to ensure that the Palm Event Center complies with the U.S. Green Building Council's environmental design guidelines
