1. "The Batchelor Store" Marker
Inscription. This building housed the first known general store in the Village of Hereford. The Batchelor Store was owned and operated by William Lewis and Mary Batchelor beginning in 1889. Since then, the building has housed a variety of businesses that have provided services to northern Baltimore County residents.
