between 1921 and 1925. One story in height and three bays in width this weatherboarded and wood shingled bungalow was built on a T-shaped plan which features a broad clipped gable roof.…

Edgar D. Yoder purchased this lot from his father Amzi A. Yoder's estate, and had this house built just to the north of his first house. He and his wife lived here until their deaths after which George and Myrtle McKee purchased (1953) the house.
