The Franklin County Community Foundation (FCCF) is a regional foundation of The Foundation for Enhancing Communities (TFEC).
FCCF was established in 1987 and annually makes grants to nonprofit organizations that serve Franklin County. FCCF is also a vehicle for engaged community members to establish funds that will support the civil, social, educational, and cultural well-being of individuals living in Franklin County.
