Reist som bolinghus for ansatte i det mangfoldige firmaet P.D. Stafseth.

Erected as a residential building for employees of the diverse company P.D. Stafseth.
The same builder was also responsible at this time (the rebuilding period immediately after the City Fire in 1904) for the other large apartment buildings in the nearest neighbourhood, and he used the same architect each time, one of the most productive and artistic in Ålesund in the period.
For the most part, Apotekergata 10 has been allowed to retain its original appearance.
