1. Richter and Casselly Families Marker

Inscription. Hungary’s Richter Family and Germany’s Casselly Family represent two multi-generational circus dynasties dating from 1821. Both families embrace the concept of humans and animals or king side by side in the circus arts, for which they have won awards and accolades all over Europe. Richters won the Gold Crown Trophy at the Monte Carlo Festival in 2018. With an astonishing thirty-two animal Liberty Act, featuring elephants, giraffes, zebras, and other exotic animal partners in a ring-filling dazzlement of artistry and training, truly one-of-a-kind. The Cassellys won that same trophy in 2012 with an equally outstanding presentation of animal and acrobatic combined skills. These families represent the finest in circus entertainment ever performed.
