1. The Historic Lewes Canal Railroad Swing Bridge Marker
Inscription. A rare example of a hand-cranked, bobtail swing bridge. Built in 1916 by the Pennsylvania RR, it remained in service until 2017. It was moved to this site in February 2022.

The bridge and grounds are maintained by the Lewes Junction Railroad and Bridge Association.
