Inscription. This building was built between 1926 and 1933 by W.L. Folkes. It was previously known as the Panama City Milk and Cream Company and in 1935 as Bayhead Dairies, the largest and most complete dairy products organization in the community at that time. The Dairy was on the first floor and in 1933 the second floor was used by the Acme Lodge No. 222, free and accepted Masons of Florida. The Bayhead Dairy made delicious ice cream at this location under the name of "Jolly Good." John Christo, Sr. Purchased the building in 1959. In 2007, the building was occupied by Maddies Custard Ice Cream and Pizzeria, with Gallery Above, an art gallery, occupying the second floor.
