1. Dunton’s Tastee Freez Marker
Inscription. This fast food ice cream and hamburger shop was established by Harold L. & Dorothy Dunton. Tastee-Freez was one of the first soft serve franchises in the Nation. Subsequent owners included Mrs. Roberta Elder, Dana E. Wright and Galen Mielke. In later years, the building was the Back Porch BBQ. In 2017, James Pigneri and Mynde Kelly purchased the property, and in the following year established the Copper Tap Grille.
