Dedicated on behalf of our Post 331 Veterans
This historic building, which was built in 1895, served as Coast Guard Station #132 during WWI and WWII 1915-1948

This display is dedicated to
James C. Otton
Jim served in the U.S. Army during WWII with the 104th Infantry Division in Europe and was a German prisoner of war for seven months.

After the war, he earned a degree in business administration at the University of Delaware and subsequently earned his license in insurance, as well as his real estate brokerage license.

Jim was a Veteran and supporter of the American Legion and what it stands for. He
