Inscription. Dedicated in honor of Randall "Randy" Parham, who was a principal at Southeast Venture, a leader in Nashville's commercial real estate industry, and an active community volunteer. One of Randy's greatest professional legacies is the success of MetroCenter, Nashville's first master-planned, mixed-use business park. Randy assisted in the development, leasing, and management of MetroCenter for over 38 years, including his time as President of the MetroCenter Improvements Association, Inc. from 1991-2019.
