Inscription. Milly's Pizza in the Pan opened in 2020. The former ghost kitchen turned restaurant is a tribute to its namesake, Robert's grandmother, who taught him how to cook.

We handcraft a limited number of pizzas each day to ensure quality that would make Grandma proud.

Milly's opened its Berwyn location in 2024 at the former location of Gina's Italian Ice, a family-run Berwyn landmark that closed in 2023 after 46 years. The original Milly's is on Argyle Street in Chicago's Uptown neighborhood, about 10 miles (as the crow flies; about 15 miles by car) northeast of this location.
