Inscription.
During the early 1900's, Babe Ruth and his family lived at 406 Conway Street in what is centerfield of Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Babe's father operated Ruth's Cafe on the ground floor of the residence.

Babe was often called The Bambino, and in his honor, Bambino's Pub, located on Eutaw Street, is open before, during, and after every Orioles home game.

The Babe Ruth Birthplace and Baseball Center, open daily, is located only two blocks from the ballpark at 216 Emory Street.
