Kirk House, 306 E. Gambier St.; this painted brick Greek revival is typical of many of the homes along this street. It has an Ionic portico on the east side of the facade, a full entablature and a correctly proportioned pediment. To the east is a 1½ story wing with a square columned porch serving the first floor. The house has no apparent major alterations and is in excellent repair.
