Regarding Wolff House. Excerpt from the National Register nomination for the East Gambier Street District, which includes this property:
Wolff House, 105 East Gambier St.; built of brick circa 1835, this house has a three-bay facade on a deep lot; the front roof has an axis parallel to the street. The entranceway has a transom light and sidelights; facade windows are floor length. The porch is a Victorian addition with slim, Egyptian-like columns and fancy cut-out brackets between the columns. Brackets under the cornice are an 1860's addition and projecting bay windows on the east and roof dormers on the front and side are still later additions.
