Regarding Kilbourn-Eberly House. Excerpt from the 1994 amended National Register nomination:
The Kilbourn House (formerly Sandy House) is one of the oldest extant dwellings in Dublin, Ohio, and as such has been associated with numerous early settlers who shaped the development of the community. Further, the property served various public functions from its construction in 1820 to 1878, including use as a law office, a court room, and a post office, and it reflects the growth of public institutions in Washington Township.
