Inscription. Scott Graham Harmon was a scholar-athlete from Elida, Ohio, where he played football and baseball and earned district and regional honors in both sports. In high school, he was active in National Honor Society, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and as a tutor. At Bluffton, Scott was majoring in math education and was a third baseman on the varsity baseball team. His ability to see things from every perspective, along with his strong work ethic, honesty, patient and selfless personality, and warm, gentle smile, all helped shape his leadership by example. Scott never wanted more than he had, and in turn he gave all he had. He was a fierce competitor on the field and a gentleman off the field. Scott is remembered as a teacher, coach and loyal friend.
