Inscription. Cody E. Holp grew up in Verona, Ohio. With a passion for life and family, his motto was to live life to its fullest. He loved all sports with a special passion for baseball and Soccer, and he received numerous awards for both. He was a natural leader who served as a volunteer caretaker for a quadriplegic. Cody dreamed of being a professional baseball player and had a strong work ethic, always striving to do his best. At Bluffton, he was working toward a degree in sport management and business and was a pitcher on the varsity baseball team. A jokester at heart, he was active in Big Brother and Big Sister programs and loved to make others laugh. Cody is remembered for his smiling presence and for his caring concern for others.
