Former barn of guesthouse farm. First mentioned in 1686. In 1704 sold by Joh. van Roer to Raadt (lawyer) Theodoor Frissen. 1737 from heir J.J. Soons to Joseph Stroub, mayor. Construction School 1856. Expanded 1891. 1914-1933 Valkenburg drawing school. Has not served as a school building since 1928.
