1. Historic German Village Marker

Inscription. The Bavarian Benevolent Association briefly owned this property. They purchased it from Mathias William in 1894, then sold it to Martin Keller. The lot stretched the whole block until it was split in 1923. The Keller family would own this cottage until the 1960s. The bouse was renovated with an addition in 2003.
