1. 101st Sustainment Brigade Marker
Inscription. The 101st Airborne Division was reactivated at Ft. Campbell in 1956. Made up of five Airborne Battle Groups, the new Division was given a robust sustainment unit called the Division Support Group. It was commanded by a Colonel and was tailored to provide the increasingly sophisticated logistics support required to sustain vertical envelopment maneuver.
