1. Seat's Studio Marker
Started in 1915 by Mr. Waldo Seat, Seat's Studio was a fixture on the southwest corner of the Lebanon Square for nearly a century. In 1954, Mr. Seat was joined by his son in law, Lillard Barrett Sr., who traveled all over to take school day photos and wedding pictures. In 1985, the third generation, Lillard "Sonny" Barrett Jr. joined and continued the work of his father and grandfather.
The studio also sold Kodak film, cameras, frames, and was oldest greeting card business in Lebanon.
Building donated in 2014 by Jimmy & Linda Neal and Roger & Teresa Marsh.
