Inscription. Simon Sauder built and lived in this home for several years before selling to Robert and Laura Linkhart. The front and side porch probably added after the turn of the century. Restoration completed by Colonel Kenneth R. Wheeler and his wife Susan Short Wheeler, 1988 - 1991
