Machine Gun Corps Memorial
To commemorate the glorious heroes of the Machine Gun Corps who fell in the Great War
1914 - 1918
170,500 men of all ranks served in the Corps, of whom 13,791 were killed and 48,258 were wounded or missing. Upon the battlefields of which this place was a pivot were fought some of the most famous actions in which the Machine Gun Corps distinguished itself.
