Reynolds Cahoon requested that Joseph Smith give his newborn son a name and a blessing. The Prophet named Reynolds son Mohonri Moriancumer Cahoon, explaining that though not mentioned, Mohonri Morancumer was the name of the brother of Jared, of the book of Ether, in The Book of Mormon.
