1. Carlo Hahn House Marker
This house, built in 1912 for prominent Ventura businessman Carlo Hahn, was designed in a late Victorian Style to complement the grand and elaborate Schiappapietra Mansion that was once on the adjoining parcel. The round gable windows, low pitched roof and heavy eave brackets reflect Italianate detailing.
