1. Bensenville Fire Prevention District 9/11 Memorial Marker

Inscription. This memorial commemorating the 343 firefighters and paramedics that sacrificed their lived on September 11, 2001 was made possible by Rogallo Cambio & Son Landscaping, Inc. and D. David Wold, DDS. We are deeply honored by this gracious donation and it will never be forgotten. Thank you on behalf of all the fallen and their families.

Erected 2016 by Bensenville Fire Prevention District.

More about this memorial. The memorial and statue were erected in 2016 and replaced a 9/11 memorial fountain that had been dedicated in 2002. A bell and dedication plaque for that fountain are still on site, a few yards in front of this statue.
