1. Bernard Mayer Building Marker

Inscription.
On 11-2-1829, 76.31 acres were deeded to William Prilliman from the United States of America. On 12-29-1837 the village of Berlin was laid out, partially on this above mentioned tract of land, thus, this lot 15 was begun. This building was built in 1853-1854 by Bernard Mayer. The following is an account of the changing of ownership of this property.
