Inscription. Phillies slugger Dick Allen became the seventh Phillies player to have his number retired by the club. With Allen and his family, teammates and friends in attendance a statue of his No. 15 was unveiled by Hall of Famer Mike Schmidt and Managing Partner and CEO John Middleton in the Left Field Plaza at Citizens Bank Park.
