Inscription. On the day the Phillies retired Roy Halladay's No. 34, Zack Wheeler tossed a 9.0-inning shutout with 11 strikeouts and just two hits allowed. He retired 22 straight batters at one point, becoming the first Phillies pitcher to do so since Halladay himself retired all 27 batters in his perfect game in 2010.
