1. The Parsonage at Red Oak II Marker

Inscription. This house originally was located in Carthage and was moved to Red Oak in the fall of 1989. While the townspeople may fondly remember it as a local “house of ill repute,” it has since been “converted” into a parsonage located next to the “Salem Country Church.”

“ The house was a gift from the Richard Mansfield family, and it is now a private residence.
