Inscription. The Blacksmith Shop in Red Oak II originally was Mr. Lowell's great-grandfather Weber's blacksmith shop in Red Oak, Mo. Mr. Lowell's great grandfather was one of the first pioneers in this area. This was the first building to be constructed in the old town of Red Oak, Mo. It was moved to Red Oak II in the winter of 1988.
