1. World War I Memorial Trees Marker
Inscription. The 14 trees planted in this parkway are living memorials to those men of LaGrange who died in the military service of their country during the World War. May their sacrifice inspire us to live as nobly as they died.

4. Lyons Township High School North Campus
LTHS opened in 1888; the clocktower pictured here was part of a 1920s expansion. The building today is the high school's North Campus, serving juniors and seniors; a South Campus, built about a mile southwest of here in Western Springs in the 1950s, serves freshmen and sophomores. LTHS serves an area that includes several Chicago suburbs, including La Grange, La Grange Park, Western Springs, Burr Ridge and more. Notable alumni include actor David Hasselhoff and basketball player Jeff Hornacek.
