1. Milorg (Selskabet For Oslo Byes Vel, in Norwegian).
Excerpt (in translation): The most extensive manifestation of Milorg's striking power was "Operation Betongblanding" in March 1945. The aim was to paralyze railway traffic in southern Norway in order to make it difficult to transfer German soldiers to the battles on the continent. The action was put into action by order of General Eisenhower. Around 1,000 men were in action on March 14, 1945, in a series of sabotage actions against railway facilities

on both sides of the Oslofjord. However, the majority of the damage was quickly repaired.

In Oslo, among other things, NSB's head office at Jernbanetorget was designated as a sabotage target. The “Oslo gang” under Gunnar Sønsteby's leadership carried out the action. The explosion split the building in two, and the headquarters was completely damaged. The building remains were removed, and the site was later developed with the Hotel Viking for the Winter Olympics in 1952.
