1. Pleasant Grove Cemetery Marker
Inscription. Settlers, Isaac and Nancy Sharp, donated this site for the Pleasant Grove school, church, and cemetery. School and regular church services began in 1832 at this location in a log cabin known as the "Sharp Meeting House". The first burial was in 1837 of Elizabeth S. Hamar, age 2. Isaac Sharp, a veteran of the war of 1812, was buried here in 1848.
 
Erected 1994 by Greater Home Place Neighborhood Association.
