Esta torre se acabo, el dya tres de agosto, del año myl setecyentos, setenta y nueve, y tyene de alto desde la superfycye de la calle hasta la extremydad del apron cyento dyez varas, y media castellanas.

(English translation:)
This tower was completed the 3rd of August 1779, and it is one hundred and ten and a half Castilian yards high from the surface of the street to the end of the apron.
