This memorial is dedicated to the men and women of the Orange Institution worldwide, who at the call of the King and Country left all that was dear to them, endured hardness, faced danger, and finally passed out of the sight of man by the path of duty and self sacrifice, giving up their own lives that others might live in freedom. Let those who come after see to it that their names be no forgotten.

Memorial Orangiste devoile et dedie le 12 septembre 1993.
A nos freres morts a la guerre ce memorial a ete eleve a la gloire de dieu en souvenir des dizaines de milliers de nos memores, qui. ayant repondu a l'appel du roi et de la patrie, se sont battus et morts pour soutenir les principes de notre institution qui est de donner une libertie civile et religeuse a toute l'humanite.

Cest avec une fierte, melee de tristesse que nous sommes attentifs a ce terrible prix que nos freres. Qui ont servi dans la 36 eme division d'Ulster iet dans d'autres divisions de part le monde. Ont du payer par la mort et la souffrance en cet endroit sacre. Le fer juillet 1916.

Leurs nombreux actes de bravoure et de courage ne seront jamais dublies.

The Orange Memorial to fallen brethren
Unveiled and dedicated on 12th September 1993.
This memorial has been raised to the glory of God and in memory of those tens of thousands of our members, who in responding to the call of King and country, fought and died to uphold the principles of our institution to provide civil and religious liberty for all mankind.

It is with pride. mingled with sorrow that we are mindful of the terrible price paid in death and suffering on this sacred spot on the 1st july 1916 by our brethren who served in the 36th ulster division and other divisions from throughout the world. Their numerous deeds of valour, determination and courage are recorded forever.
